Ace, Tanis, LJ, Matt and Trenton all supported the initial estimate and install of our new wood burning stove. They all were professional and friendly while working through the estimate, then continued with great work during the installation of the stove. They asked questions to understand our priorities and went the extra mile to make adjustments at the end of installation. Trenton Nelson was a true professional. He and his assistant did a great job sweeping the chimney. On top of that, he taught us about our wood stove. Keegan and Nate came out today to do an install on our new Nova 2 Tower. It took them less than half the day, and the stove looks great. They were both friendly and knowledgeable. Nate went over the steps they took for installing the chimney, and Keegan explained the proper operation of the stove before they left.
